- The financial guideline is that income does not exceed $200,000.00 per year. We review every application, supporting documentation, past and current treatment plan to determine financial support consideration.
- In order to submit an application, the adolescent or young adult applicant must already be accepted into one of Sky’s the Limit Fund partner programs, and has not yet begun participating in the program. A list of our program partners can be viewed here.
- Applicant’s primary address must be in the United States.
