Do You Use a Creative Activity to Improve Your Well Being and Relieve Stress?
We are excited to announce our Art 4 Mental Health Call for Creative Entries. If you, or someone you know, uses an artistic activity to improve their well being to find relief from feelings of anxiety, depression, or stress we want to hear from you! We want to partner with people of all ages interested in helping raise awareness of mental health by showcasing your paintings, drawings, graphics, poetry, short essays, collages, or other photographable mediums during the month of May for Mental Health Awareness Month. Creative entries are being accepted until May 1, 2020 and can be submitted online.
